We’re thrilled to be partnering with Dan O’Kelly as the lead designer shaping the Oracley ecosystem through interior design and structural build-out.
His work includes offices and spaces for brands such as Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.
His designs have been featured in Vogue Living, Architectural Digest, Elle Decor NL, and other leading design publications - reflecting a refined, human-centred approach that aligns seamlessly with Oracley’s ethos.
FOUNDERS
Amy Maxwell, founder of Oracley, left a corporate marketing career at British Vogue and Tommy Hilfiger after numerous spiritual awakenings and struggles with burnout. She created Oracley in Amsterdam to offer practical, approachable spirituality-meets-wellness for modern city life.
Delphine Cottens, co-founder of Oracley, left a partner position at EY Netherlands and originally came to Oracley in Amsterdam to recharge and re-align after burnout. The sessions transformed her perspective so profoundly that she became close friends with Amy, joined the advisory board, and ultimately stepped in as co-founder, bringing with her deep financial and operational expertise built across two decades in professional services.

We're offering 11–20% of Oracley Holdings B.V. on a post-money basis, depending on the total amount raised. The exact percentage moves within that range because it's a function of how much capital comes in, the more we raise, the more equity is issued, within that band.

Because this is a range-based raise rather than a fixed-amount round. The final percentage offered depends on where the total raise lands within our target range, investors coming in are buying shares at the same fixed €3 price regardless, but the total number of shares issued (and therefore the total dilution) scales with how much is raised.
