Oracley Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions have been established for lessons and services at ORACLEY.

THE STUDIO – Terms & Conditions of Use

1 Interpretation and Deviations

1.1 In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply: “ORACLEY” or “ORACLEY SPACE” or “STUDIO” means Oracley. “Terms and Conditions” refers to this document and its contents. “Website” refers to www.oracleyspace.com

1.2 All references to the singular also refer to the plural and vice versa. References to the masculine gender also refer to the feminine gender.

1.3 These Terms and Conditions are added in writing to the Registration Form used at ORACLEY.

1.4 Oracley reserves the right to change and revoke the Terms and Conditions, if it deems this necessary or desirable for the organisation of the affairs of the Studio and services. All such changes will be communicated to class or service purchasers.

1.5 The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

2 Studio opening hours

2.1 Details of class times at ORACLEY may vary, classes may be canceled without notice. Class times will be published in the Studio or on the website.

2.1 Group sizes are limited by lawful capacity, therefore a "first come, first served" basis applies.

3 Terms of Payment

3.1 Lesson rates can be found on the website or can be obtained directly from the Studio. Prices are determined by ORACLEY.

3.2 A student cannot take classes at ORACLEY without having paid for them in advance.

3.3 Subject to any legal rights to cancel, payments for lessons, lesson cards, monthly subscriptions, gift cards and annual payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions.

3.4 Refunds for purchase payments are not possible for any reason.

4 Limitation of Liability

4.1 ORACLEY cannot be held liable if a particular lesson, instructor and/or user item is unavailable for whatever reason. ORACLEY reserves the right to make changes without prior notice and at its sole discretion to the classes, instructors and/or resources, as well as those support facilities made available and ORACLEY shall not be liable for any loss incurred by such adjustments arise, except to the extent that such loss may not be precluded by law.

4.2 It is the responsibility of the class attendees to ensure that they can pass a series of exercises offered in a program they attend, or in a class they attend. Class attendees assume the risk of injury when performing any exercises or instructions given and are advised to consult their physician before beginning any class.

4.3 ORACLEY accepts no liability for loss or damage to property of Members, or for injury to Members on the premises of the Studio, or outside the Studio, except to the extent that such loss, damage or injury cannot be excluded by law.

5 Health & Medical

5.1 Attendees advised to seek medical advice before commencing any new programme. ORACLEY reserves the right to refuse entry if it is believed that the health of such person may be endangered by the use of the facilities.

5.2 Attendees with low or high blood pressure and/or heart defects should not attend classes without written permission from their physician. If there is any doubt, the class attendee should consult his doctor. Attendees should notify the Studio of any condition affecting their health, which may be aggravated by continued use of the Studio.

5.3 Attendees must follow the instructions of their teachers at all times.

5.4 Attendees must inform an employee on the first registration form if they have a history of health complaints.

6 Use of Facilities

6.1 An attendee is entitled to use the facilities of the Studio, provided that the Studio at all times, without notice, for any period or periods, where practicable with notice, in connection with any cleaning, repair , modification or maintenance work, or for reasons beyond the control of ORACLEY.

6.2 Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the studio.

7 Safety and Hygiene

7.1 Attendees must enter and leave and exit the Studio through the reception.

7.2 In the event of a fire, attendees are requested to move to the nearest exit.

7.3 Attendees are requested to keep socks on to protect cushions in the Studio.

7.4 Smoking is prohibited in the Studio, both outside and inside the building.

8 Personal property

8.1 Personal property is taken to the Studio at the attendees own risk and ORACLEY accepts no liability for any loss or damage of any kind to such property.

9 Clothes

9.1 Members are requested to wear the type of clothing appropriate to the practice of yoga and healing practices, with intimate areas properly covered. Attendees must attend classes barefoot or in socks. Footwear must be removed in the designated area before entering the dressing rooms or the Studio.
